WOYWW (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday ) #206

Click here to see what this WOYWW stuff is all about.

Here's a quick peek at my workspace this morning:

Adding some stenciling to some Gelli-plate prints done recently.  The left one is actually printed on stick-back canvas.  Stencil is from Bad Ass Stencils.  Below are some pics of gifts made over the past few weeks - one for my mom's birthday and the other for my wife on Mother's Day.

For my mother's birthday.  This is the final outcome of what I started last month in this post.

For my wife on Mother's Day.  It is sticky-back canvas attached to chipboard.    The leaves were applied via stenciling with Distress Inks.  The ladybugs represent each of our four sons.  They were cut using a Cricut and then colored using a variety of Distress Inks and Paints.  The larger ladybug spots are actually my sons' fingerprints using Distress paints and (more or less) are their birthstone colors and covered with Glossy Accents.  They are arranged in order of their births.  The ladybugs' eyes are white Ranger Enamel Accents.  I also used some stains/paints to color the enamel accents for the colored spots throughout.  The flower is a leftover Tattered Floral die cut from Grungepaper colored with Distress Paints and centered with a ladybug decorative brad.  The butterfly is stamped and cut from a piece of one of many Gelli-Art prints I made.  The Grungeboard letter blocks as well as the edges also got a treatment using Distress Paints.
